The Space
Our home sits at the foot of Mt. Klabat walking distance to a local University perfect for a morning or evening stroll, traditional market, 5 minutes to a historical Waruga site and 30 minutes to Lembe strait, boat dock to Bunaken and airport.
Guest Access
Our guest has the option to stay in an air-conditioned room or with a fan. Free access to wi-fi to stay connected with friends and family. We can tailor your excursion and a rented vehicle is available with a fluent English speaking tour-guide. While you explore the island we have a laundry service that can easily wash your load away.
Interaction with Guests
Our home is your home. All we ask is respect one another. We highly respect your privacy and space hence you let us know your preference. We are flexible and we seek to introduce you to the richness of our minahasa culture at the same time give you the room to relax and enjoy your holiday.
The Neighborhood
Easy going neighbors. You will notice in the morning and afternoon students walking to and fro to the near university. Greeting you in a local language “selamat pagi” or “good morning”.
Getting Around
We have a private vehicle and driver service with a price ranging from $30-$65 for 12 hours or if you feel adventurous a blue colored Mikro public transportation stops in front of our house to take you to the city terminal for 50 cents a ride. But it can get a bit tricky when you want to transfer because majority do not speak English.
